I was getting confident that things were working well, so I decided that I'd try the remote, using my phone - never done that before! It worked twice, going through the service from start to finish, and I simulated that I'd made an error and had to go back a couple of slides. I'm sure that I had saved the service and re-opened it, at least once. Everything seemed to be working well yesterday.
